A skills score earned in a room, not on a screen.
Roadmap Planned. Certified Human is not issued yet.
Candidates will sit a standard skills assessment in person, with a proctor, plus a recorded live interview. They will get a Certified Human score they own, and employers will be able to accept it in place of their own first rounds.
We reply by email and say plainly where it stands.

What Certified Human will do.
This is what Certified Human is planned to do. None of it is issued yet.
- An in-person assessment
- A standard, proctored skills assessment at a partner test centre, a university or an assessment day.
- A recorded interview
- A live interview, recorded, so the employer can see who answered.
- The same person
- Written work from the assessment will be compared with the writing in the candidate's application, to check that the person in the room is the person on the profile.
- A score the candidate owns
- The candidate keeps the score and shares it with any employer that accepts it.
The first role family is software engineering.
What the record will contain
- An assessment score for each skill
- Identity verification
- A record of the assessment session
- A reference to the interview recording
- A writing-style match with the application
- How long the score is valid
- A signature
02Why it matters
Employers find it harder to tell who they are hiring.
Remote assessments and interviews are no longer trusted. Real-time AI assistants, deepfake candidates, and AI-written take-homes make it harder for employers to tell who they are hiring. Companies report that AI has made technical skill harder to assess.
