What the record will contain
- A claim-by-claim verification table
- Anything that cannot be checked, marked unverifiable
- A statement of AI use, signed by the responsible lawyer
- A timestamp
- A certificate you can export for filing
A verifier must be a third party. A research platform grading its own AI output is not evidence a court can rely on.
02Why it matters
In more than 2,100 court decisions, a party relied on AI-fabricated material.
Courts worldwide have now identified more than 2,100 decisions where a party relied on AI-fabricated material: invented cases, false quotations, misrepresented holdings, and exhibits that do not say what the brief claims. Sanctions, bar referrals, and struck pleadings follow. As more filings are AI-assisted, more filings need verification.

- Is this a detector?
- No. It does not guess whether a filing was written with AI. It is being built to check each authority, quotation and citation against its source.
- Can a court rely on this?
- The record will be evidence, not a verdict. A judge or the responsible lawyer reads it and decides.
- What does joining the pilot list involve?
- You send a short note through the contact page. There is no account and nothing to install.
